I overslept and missed my workout!!
And I had to go for dinner straight from work, so now I have to wait for that dinner to get digested so I can do today’s Asylum Strength workout. I’ve gone 5 weeks without skipping a single workout (yes, I do take a day off per week), and I’m NOT letting today ruin that record.
